“Often, security updates and other downloads are needed for DVR’s and other solutions.   This site will be one spot for them to get all the downloads for solutions we offer.”  

In addition,  customers can fill-out an online service request that, once submitted, generates an open service ticket that automatically generates a call based upon need and priority.   Soon, this system will generate an automated message to both the service manager, and tech’s in the field, delivered to their PDA/laptop, complete with as much detailed information as the customer provided.

“We wanted customers to have a “paper trail” of sorts that protect them in the event of a downtime event.  This site allows us to tie the pre-service reporting directly to our very well received post-service reports. “

“We are doing everything we can to streamline communication for customers and automate as many operations as possible.   With today’s powerful technologies, we needed a site that could keep up and be very user friendly,” added Stinson.

SecurePro Technologies today announced the addition of the complete line of Bosch Security products to it’s already fine line of solutions.

Bosch is very strong in a some areas that our customers are demanding.  IP based video cameras and DVR’s, along with combination IP / Analog DVR’s make the transition to IP an affordable one for customers.

Bosch has an excellent line of fixed cameras and fixed dome-style cameras.  

“These solutions, in addition and combination with some of our other solutions, will allow us to truly create the best solution for our customers based upon need,” stated David Annus, SecurePro’s General Manager.
